How to sue a bailiff

In any event, a business person left with nothing has to comply with a number of mandatory conditions to be able to recover losses from court bailiffs.

1. The enforcement order must be accompanied by an act on impossibility to collect, otherwise the court will later decide that you have not exhausted all the possibilities to collect and will deny to satisfy your claim.
