“In general, the initiative may be treated as a positive one-time step which will allow to get rid of a large number of overdue debts which cannot be collected but which nonetheless require significant costs, both financial and labor ones”, he said. This will reduce costs and expenses incurred by both courts and tax authorities, the expert added.
