“The Supreme Court will most likely indicate the need to perform an expert examination. Although neither the claimant not the defendant sought it, the claim is for compensation of emotional distress. In order to determine whether to award it or not, an expert examination is required which will answer the question if the harmful substances penetrated the claimant’s apartment from that of the defendant.
