Legal uncertainty in terms of the rules of the turnover of antique arms has been criticized for a number of years already, reminded Taras Khizhnyak, Senior Lawyer, BMS Law Firm. In his opinion, the draft law will remove the grounds for holding legal owners of such arms who wish to sell it to third parties criminally liable. The amendment will significantly reduce the number of such criminal cases, he believes.
