And he adds that if business is not done at the legal address, you will need to have a lease agreement in place to open a bank account which will not give rise to any questions by the bank.

It is also advisable for your place of registration not to be a massively popular one. However, if your company is registered in a major business center, then lease your office there as well for the bank to be able to easily identify you there.
